Returns

You may return items that are defective or have incorrect personalization (due to my error) within 7 days of receipt.

If you need to return an item, please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please make sure that you are checking the size charts before placing an order. 

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

If you have an event or specific date that you are needing a product, please contact me to make sure the order will be able to be delivered on time!
