How to order?
Email your order number along with the following: Choose your characters, skin tone, hair color, clothing colors, special features (glasses, bow, etc). If you'd like your family name and year, make sure you include that as well.
Ornament will come with bow and hanger.
You will receive a proof before stitching. Please double check colors and name spelling. Due to this being a custom order, no refunds will be accepted.
